Restyle shell and home page with Jayuhime brand; add account and privacy modals

- Replaces amber/Manrope shell with sticky purple nav (Outfit + Fredoka)
- Adds account modal: profile info, Datenschutzerklärung, DSGVO Art. 17 delete flow
- Home: new hero with animated blobs/stars/countdown, inline vote picker, clip submit form, show-reminder, FAQ
- Switches base palette to purple (#f4eefb / #3f3556) and adds keyframe animations
