feat: refine preloader and hero entrance animations

Browse Source 
- Add PreloaderView with staggered "Initializing the dark orbit" reveal
- Gate hero reveal animations behind active state so they start after
  the preloader hides, fixing the NOVERIA/OPERATIONS timing race
- Tighten title letter stagger for a more cohesive, elegant entrance
- Polish galaxy canvas, footer and section blocks
