chore: bump version to v0.2.38 [skip ci]

- fetchChatMessages merged statt replace (verhindert Poll-wipe)
- Chat/Send bereits korrekt via agentId=iris
- Chat/Messages nutzt jetzt agent:iris:main als Session-Key
- Cron-Job deaktiviert (verhinderte Selbst-Konversation)
